What is anxiety panic attack symptom?
    I always feel nervous…

  • Cardina E says:

No, a panic attack will not cause a fever. Fevers are caused only by viral or bacterial infections (such as a flu).

Panic attacks can have symptoms similar to fever (such as claminess and heat flushes) but these are caused by the rise in heart rate that accompanies a panic attack, and these symptoms disappear when your heart rate drops again.

    * Do you ever feel nervous and afraid you might lose control or go insane?
    * Have you struggled with anxious thoughts that will not stop?
    * Do you ever feel uncomfortable in enclosed spaces such as supermarkets, cinemas, public transport or even sitting at the hair dressers?
    * Are you nervous and on edge in normal situations that never bothered you before?

Do You Feel Any Of The Following Bodily Sensations?

    * Dizzy spells leading to panic
    * Tightness in throat and chest- shortness of breath

    Panic attack symptom?
Is it normal to have one panic attack symptom that lasts all day? I regularly have panic attacks and I’ve had a heavy, stiff, sore arm all day that I can’t even move. I don’t know what’s going on.

  • Shannon says:

I reckon that it is feeling disconnected from your body. Like your ‘in’ a story and your life isn’t real, but then the panic attack makes you realise that you are real and you are going to die or whatever causes the panic attack is real.

  • Janet says:

Yeah. It’s probably stress. Anxiety attacks are terrible. Take regular yoga classes or do some light cardio exercises. I personally would recommend the yoga; either of those will teach you natural breathing techniques and strengthen your heart and lungs to keep your panic attacks under control.
I’m sorry about the loss of you loved ones honey.

Panic attack symptoms that make you feel like you are crazy?
What symptoms of a panic attack cause the sufferer to feel like they are going crazy? I know that lightheadedness, combined with heart palpitations, and nausea can make a panic attack sufferer feel like they are going to die. What is it about a panic attack that can make one feel like they are losing control, or going crazy?

New panic attack symptom? Please help?
2 nights ago my heart started racing fast and my pulse was very fast. It happened again tonight, I took my blood pressure it was a little high, but my pulse was 109 at resting! I have had panic attacks for about 10 years, I thought I have had all the symptoms. Boy these things keep you on your toes! Is this another panic attack symptom? I have had a very stressful year, my father passed in march and my father in law (who live with us) passed away 3 weeks ago.
